Most massage gives the mind something to follow — a single touch travelling across the body, easy to anticipate and track. Four-hands massage gently dissolves that. With two practitioners moving in synchrony, there is simply too much sensation to map. The thinking mind, no longer able to keep pace, quietly lets go — and in that surrender the body sinks into a depth of relaxation that is very hard to reach with two hands alone.
Offered with a trusted colleague, the session unfolds with warm oil and an unhurried pace, the two of us working as one. It is a luxuriant, enveloping experience: nothing is asked of you but to receive. As with all of this work, nothing is goal-oriented — the invitation is only to soften, to feel, and to let the nervous system rest more deeply than usual.

Please note: four-hands sessions are offered with a trusted colleague by prior arrangement, and availability is subject to scheduling. Do mention your interest early when you enquire.
Both practitioners work with the same care, discretion and respect for your boundaries. Everything is led by your consent and comfort, with nothing expected of you and nothing goal-oriented. You remain in charge throughout, free to pause, adjust or stop at any moment — your ease and safety always come first.
